I. Applicants Accessible to the Service:Enterprises registered in Yiwu (the registration date shall be at least 6 months prior to the application)
II. Working Hours Required: 5 working days
III. Application Method: Online application.The contact personnel of applicant enterprises send the application documents through QQ group (1012300228). Then the staff of Foreign Affairs Office will input the application information into the system.
IV. Application Documents:
1) Application Form
2) Commitment Letter
3) Passport information page of the invitee, the latest visa page to China and corresponding entry& exit stamps (the name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport's period of validity, etc, must be clearly visible, and its period of validity must exceed over 6 months; if the recent entry& exit stamps are on the expired passport, the expired passport information page is also required to be submitted).
4) Valid documents of business transactions provided by the third party.
Notes: If the invitee applies visa in a third country, the original residence permit there should be submitted. If the original residence permit is on the expired passport, the expired passport information page is also required to be submitted.

Tips
1. Inviting foreigners to China is not within the scope of the Administrative License Law, our office reserves the right to refuse, change or cancel the issued "Invitation Letter", and the reason will not be explained. Please do understand.
2. The application procedure should be handled by a designated employee whose social security has been covered by the applicant enterprise for over 6 months. Please send the Authorization Letter and Social Insurance Certificate to 1244686306@qq.com for approval.
3. According to the system requirements, all application documents must be scanned from original copies in PDF format. To improve efficiency, enterprises are requested to name each application document and ensure the clarity and identification of the uploaded attachments.
4. Our Office will check whether each applicant enterprise has kept the commitment that the invited foreigners do come to Yiwu for business. The subsequent invitation application qualification and numbers depend on the rate of the invited foreigners who do actually come to Yiwu versus the whole invited numbers.
5. The above rules are planned to be implemented on a trial basis, and will be dynamically adjusted in the future depending on the actual invitation situation and the Covid-19 prevention and control situation.
